I voluntarily agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks involved with, arising from, or related to, the Trips. I understand that neither JUSTICE FOR GREENWOOD nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates are insurers of my health or safety. I hereby release the Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all responsibilities or liability in connection with such aforementioned behavior, including without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo(s), video(s), or audio recording(s) of me, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, copyright infringement, or for any fees for the use of such recorded media. I also understand that other participants may videotape, photograph, and/or record my image or likeness (including, without limitation, my appearance, voice, and name) in connection with my volunteer services and during my participation in any of the Trips.
As a condition of JUSTICE FOR GREENWOOD permitting me to participate as a volunteer and attend the Trips, I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my agents, successors, assigns, heirs, and executors, hereby irrevocably release and forever discharge JUSTICE FOR GREENWOOD, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, successors, heirs and assigns (the “Released Parties”), for any and all demands, claims, damages, actions and causes of action pertaining to or arising out of serving as a volunteer and attending any of the Trips, including but not limited to, claims for negligence, personal injury, breach of contract, breach of warranty, property damage, illness or death, except in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
